Incorrect. They have stated that they will provide $1.5m from their own (our) funds to keep them operational until the float in exchange for 20 per cent of the new venture.
"Shareholders have to weigh up whether to invest in the IPO or put those funds into more FMS shares."
Incorrect. They don't have to do either.
