If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck, AFL directors have walked out the exit with money bags in situ. Where I remain hopeful is with GTC, the company is founder led and the business model has proven success. They've managed to grow without the need of public capital since 2009 and seemed to of acquired Armstrong in 2017, so I presume there's been a lot of organic growth and less roll-up.
Only time will tell what this means for shareholders, at least there's a 12 month escrow.
