That's a fair comment, I certainly can't be sure though I feel strongly regarding it.
how do you know it's for work post DFS? and if it is, why is the dfs not released and why do we not have finance to fund post dfs work? Afterall, we have been paying a guy to secure us finance for over a year now and we supposedly have a bunch of competitive offtake we could use to minimise dilution.
