Sounds like you are saying that the company is breaching its continuous disclosure requirements. I think this is highly unlikely if they have a decent company secretary- which by the sounds of things they do.
Good, or bad communication is not something an ASX listed company has a choice in. They have to obide by the continuous disclosure rules and thats why I think A1 probably has done all that can be expected to them.
Unfortunately they experience problems with their plant and ran out of money. Thats the problem.
