Agree KPMG is a waste of money but its an optics thing.
If an internal review is completed and they release saying they'll implement some measures to optimise/improve performance... well what confidence do shareholders have in that? Very little.
If a third party is involved and implemented, well that carries a little more weight and shareholder confidence.
It's just to appease shareholders and reinstate some confidence in the company. I welcome it only for that reason.
