The phrase is 'live by the sword, die by the sword', obviously everyone knows that. Any attempt to hide that by that poster is clear and obvious BS. He clearly is enjoying the terrorism being perpetrated on Shanks as he doesn't like Shanks' style or the fact that he exposes corruption from the conservative side of politics. This poster would rather those politicians to get away with it and all those matters be swept under the carpet and the sooner Shanks is out of the way the better.
