I'm not buying the story of the sale to fund tax issues. This sale would have cost him $1-2M in capital gains tax alone. If I was in his shoes and wanting to offload have of my shares it wouldn't be based off a single site but something larger like a deal done to supply China, new tax etc. Something that will drive coal price right down to a point where it justifies the capital gains tax hit. I mean where else are you going to invest into these days for that $$ value and dividend yield.
