I'm sure if they announced they were going to implement even a modest dividend policy it would greatly improve sentiment; wouldn't need to be anything dramatic in terms of yield & I understand the desire to be conservative, but companies that are perceived to give nothing back to shareholders often find their share prices languish and harder to drum up funding on future occasions when/if required.
