this is a tape out for the build of that chip

when Ron asks will the 22nm be taped out in leti and CH says no that will be with a tier 1 fab my read is he is stating they will finish their work 22nm build ( that is not even announced to market yet ) and then some sort of announcement will come that the triangle is complete and a customer / fab tape out will begin upon signing ....ie commercial tape out will be in a tier 1 once thw triangle is in place ,,,,we'll all know about that when it happens as it will be announced...any such collaborations or agreements must be

i don't think the tape out that people think is happening now in a Tier 1 or will be announced as such imminently can occur without wbt / leti announcing they have achieved 22nm
