There has been some speculation and discussion around the time required to secure a partner. I emailed JC with that question and below is his response;

"This is a very difficult question to answer. Weeks to a few months is typical at this stage but I have seen it take longer.
We have a process in place with structures, timelines for data access and response timelines to help ensure that they all move along in a reasonable way rather than dragging on like we have seen in the past."
