A thought just struck me (maybe that's a cause for concern). Would it be legal to offer so called unsophisticated investors shares at 12c and immediately follow this by an offer to sophisticated investors at 8c? Unless those who applied also get their allocation based on 8c?????

I would imagine that the question only has a theoretical significance because I find it extremely difficult to imagine taking up shares on an SSP scheme when shares can be bought a a lower value than the SPP price.

Interesting times ahead. I can only hope that for the sake of current holders that there is some turnaround in CTOs fortunes pretty soon (that is, for the better).
