First EddieB, you need to acknowledge that while the total Lynas Mt Weld proven resource may be in balance, Lynas production is not. Until Lynas is producing Dy, Tb and/or DyTb just as they do Nd. Pr and/or NdPr, they are NOT IN BALANCE and thus they cannot properly, truly or actually support the ROW magnetmakers market. And that is the entire point of their effort.
