Haven't spoken for months. Last time I spoke he was very busy; which is the way I like it! Even back then they had their scouts out and were talking to stake holders. In this market, money talks, and they want to take advantage of the best opportunity! "High quality due diligence, patient and nimble"1. Could be anytime or months away.
This management team is our most valuable asset and yet we are still sitting close to cash backing! LOL
