This company is way past repairing all the wrongs instituted against shareholders and investors alike.
Even if the court grants the acceptance of the reason for not notifying the shareholders for the many millions of extra shares issued when the previous annual general meeting outcome depended on those shares for a positive outcome, everyone has been burnt.
