But nothing has changed? They are giving SCF ~2000t of rock phosphate, ~3 days worth. Would we rather they handed over $1 million like last year?
Why would SCF agree to this if they didn't have use for the ore? Ie they in fact do want our ore as per thier first right of refusal.
I see this as positive to neutral, don't know why the market responded so badly?
