It's a disgrace that the courts can sit and mull over a decision for so long. The indecision only adds to the woes caused by the GFC and the Opes/ANZ fiasco on the SP. There needs to be a judgement NOW one way or the other so it can be put behind us; then the TNG team could get on with the job they are meant to be doing, without distraction and any further deminution of financial resourse.
