The company was in my opinion traveling well with Hypercamera3 about to make an impact. Management played down the significance of the patent case until the offer was recommended.

Was there something they dared not speak about that brought about the Board's recommendation - the legal case was potentially much more damaging than portrayed or is some new technology is about to hit the deck that will make NEA's obsolete? We may never know.
