hi Harvey this is what i sent the clownswhat.png

    HiRoger & Bill

Byonly giving Beach/Stokes & Mitsui an export exemption you have created avery unlevel playing field and as I and others have predicted Beach/Stokes aretaking full advantage of it by bidding Warrego Energy.

By the government giving Beach/Stokes &Mitsui an export exemption ( and at the same time totally banning all otherexports, it’s not a good look) you have pretty much gifted them more than $10Bper 500BCF of gas compared to domestic prices, not a bad gift. What makesmatters even worse is that Mitsui is an international company & Beach is aSouth Australian company, while WA companies like Strike Energy, MineralRecourses, North West Energy & Warrego Energy don't even get a look in.

I got a copy from a friend of the response fromthe WA government trying to explain why Beach/Stokes & Mitsui got an exportlicence, it took you more than 2 months & many request before the reply, see below quotes in large bold, it was pathetic .

Now think about this statement and theramification on price/timing of the low ball Beach offer for Warrego, this putsStrike Energy & North West Energy in a similar vulnerable position. WasBeach/Stokes privy to this info in detail? In my opinion there's more than afair chance given the relationship between McGowan and Stokes, that wasuncovered in Palmers discovered documents.

So in august2020 DURING COVID you prevent the export of all gas and at the same time DURING COVID gifted Beach/Stokes & Mitsui by providing them with anexport exemption.

This really is embarrassing, you’ve evenstooped to using COVID as an excuse, what did COVID have to do with grantingthe export exemption to only Beach/Stokes and Mitsui when at the same timeDURING COVID you prevented the export of all other gas, by the way drilling hasonly just started on the project Waitsia.

This is also very concerning, it was grantedfor Waitsia’s project viability, well how about the project viability ofall the other WA based Perth basin operators.

Ihave already engaged a leading law firm to look into this situation as it’sjust anti-competitive, in my opinion it’s quite simple, you either ban theexport of all gas & that applies to everyone or as in the case of the Perthbasin there’s going to be a massive amount of surplus gas, so maybe limit theexport exemption to every company so they have to retain about 50% or whatevernumber works for the domestic market.
