Here ye go guys - https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2017C00920

Standards required for labelling though bear in mind some products with very long expiry dates might not be affected by this leglisation for x-period of time.

A little bit like the Building Code outlawing asbestos at the end of the 80's but the product could still be used into the early 90's.

Sorry for the intrusion but this might well go on to rabbiting on about the packaging being recyclable or BPA-free etc.

Not very relevant to the course of events here in all honesty when the company cannot sell any more than $54k in 3 whole months over the multiple products on the shelf, including cosmetics.
Plus, that's only 'sales' - no breakdown of profit per product or markup % which would be confidential anyway.
Some products can often be used as 'loss-leaders' as well. Give loads away with the idea that heaps will be made on other items from the same shelf.

Next rubbish we'll see from the current quarter will be 'we're very pleased to report a 300% increase in revenue for this quarter' as a headline.
Yup, it couldn't get any lower than $54k ....... or could it ???
