Plan is simple.

1/ Gilbies has been raped, cut backs, slips and poor mining methods, berms full of rocks. Shut the pit down. Before someone gets hurt.

2/ Some how get rid of NRW. They gained too much power due to being owed money etc. Get rid of them somehow. Owner operator is the only way. Contractor earth moving will kill your grade and ruin your pit. They only interested in BCMs.

3/ Start to feed LG and skeleton exploration crew and mill workers only. Fire up the mill and feed Low grade stockpiles.

4/ Dalaranga is one of the cheapest mills to run. Toll treat other mines ore in campaigns, charge them accordingly for milling. Should be able to charge them double your running costs, and should be a money spinner.

5/ Avoid going to market for money. And drill with the money coming in from LG and Toll ore. Set the place up properly and efficiently.

6/ When start mining again. Get it right. Slowly and efficiently with owner operator Earth moving under tight guidance from experienced Geologists/Orespotters/Quarry management. Pay the extra for quality staff. An inexperienced ore spotter may potentially cost you tens of thousands a shift. Spend the money. They will make you millions over the year.

7/ Continue to feed Toll ore from over mines. It's a cash cow.

8/ Develop underground to source higher grades.

9/ Dalaranga mill is a gem. Selling it would be a huge mistake

Targets ruin mines. They get behind then start butchering the pit to catch up to the target, further digging them selves into a hole and ruining the grade and the pit. Do it properly and efficiently. Can crank it up to a higher pace when all the systems are working. Setting unrealistic targets will ruin you.

Management, Management, Management. It all starts at the top. Get the top wrong the rest of the mine will follow.
