The local members rarely represent the people of that area and are just agents for the party with the locals not having a say
Consequently having different electorates is a manipulated class system, we may be better to have a senate style voting system
Leaders are chosen by the party back room and likewise don't represent the peoples choice but more as to who owes whom a favor
