The correct answer is - No, WKT have not signed the equivalent of an EFA. You did not even know what the EFA was…..intially.
You acknowledged yourself that negotiations continue with the GOT. Then danced around answering the question directly whilst pumping the same rhetoric over and over.
@walkersrun - Croc is your perfect example of a poster not understanding the meaning of the word fact. Perhaps you could attempt to debunk my posted facts or would you just rather post veiled and emotional barbs ?
