It was adjourned to 0104 for further documents to be supplied and supeanas issued. Robert Blake represented Takoradi and RH was not inside the court room.He may have been there but did not show himself.
They are seeking an early hearing as matters in August are effected by this. Metminco appear to be very keen to resolve this matter.I dont think they will put up with too much delay.
