No interest at all .
Just to repeat the market may like the $12b what ever infraco cheque.If for example its used to pay off debt and buy back it would b material lets for eg use approx $600m benefit.But that material effect is countered by the loss of approx $600m revenue.give or take $100m from selling 50% of infraco.
i don't know the detail,is tls for eg still responsible for 100% of the infraco maintenance.?etc and expansion.?What about the $1.5b major city fibre link is that included.?I hope not.
The reason i agree with the sale is strategic it makes tls less of a political football.
As posted can't see the point of giving tpg a leg up with towerco.

So again we come to servco which holds tls,purple,ehealth,energy etc.
The interesting part about this pathetic restructure is Vicky and her cfo i guess will have to allocate earnings to each division as in infraco once 50% sold,towerco and the elephant in the room servco.
I expect the market will like the infraco cheque but finally when announced 'hate' the adjusted infraco revenue and servco revenue.

I expect tls to become a very basic but competitive fixed/mobile utility only.At that point i may buy back in as a boring but reliable telecommunications 'utility' play.
This will involve drastic changes in tls sp to match revenues.
ps u have a very woke management with absolutely no business acumen entrepreneurial skills imo only.I repeat they r acting just like administrators.
gltahs but imo there r better co's to invest in with higher diviends,better growth and better management.and yes there r also some dogs out there and one bit me but so far fy23 i'm very pleased with.
