I also want to know if the discussions with Strike were confidential, on what basis did WGO management go back to Beach and were able to negoatitate a higher cash bid?
I am surprised that WGO holders are not a bit miffed about the two months of talks that they were not told about.
Maybe I missed the ann earlier ?
