Past numbers says it was costing $160-190/ton to mine and process the gold out of an open pit. Your hoping for 100gms but the average resource is way less so there’s a fair bit of strip to move and it’s deep or are they going underground to pick the eyes out of it? That requires $250 -300/t to make a decision to even mine it and it will be marginal.
Can you get 700,000 tons per year out of an underground operation. But with no mine plan I am guessing but ball part it’s not looking good.
With a 70% Ag recovery your going to be struggling @US$30/oz and Karp knows this, if fact everyone in the industry knows this.
The issue is hb45 is you all were expecting silver to be the other side of US$50/ oz well before now, it’s not even half that. That causes numbers to come back to reality with this project and it’s history.
