Nobody is going to rush now as they don’t need to do anything until Jan. the booklet goes out saying 20c is in a possible range of value and the day it gets printed and mailed somebody comes in with a 23c deal, then another deal come out etc that all makes the booklet worthless . No need to move now, they will all just wait. I don’t think we will see it be concluded until April 2023
