People just don't understand that just 20 months ago when the share price was at 10c, the market cap was around $95mill. Now, after 20months of dilution, hopes and dreams and a massive bull market the company is trading at $230mill with only a small increase in share price. Management are happy for all the performance shares they've dumped!
