    No! When I was a kid, I collected swap cards at Sunday school. They showed quite clearly that everyone in the olden days wore a dress! I think heterosexuality was invented in the Middle Ages when they needed some people to wear armour while riding horses. Pronouns came much later when people eventually got sick of being addressed as "hey, you!". People with beards were then called "he/him" and those without were "she/her". Gentiles had nothing to do with it.
