At the end of the day, I reckon Shaw's are far too small an operation to be able to source the $700m required to really get things cranking - pretty irrelevant if they buy now or not i'd say.
They were a useful stepping stone in getting that $30 odd million last year but have really served their purpose as far as I can see.
