Seth is right, less dilution is better for all holders.
Time to flush the old brokers who circle around at raise time and don't promote this as it should be promoted.
It's an excellent project and Mike is great technically but the corporate promotion side is our weakness. Easy fix, run off all the current hangers on and get some hungry Nth American promoters on board.
Just get whomever AMC is using. Ain't hard.
