A good payday for GTT, that's for sure. How does their issue of these facilitation shares rate with similar agreements for similarly sized companies in this scenario? Are their other companies that would of provided their services for fewer shares or a more competitive rate? Good to see Mr Thomas abstaining but it looks like it wouldn't of really made a difference anyway.
