Thank you @rodad for those comments which i totally agree with.

The 1c outcome will be NO commcerialisation and in this case PAA will never get to trialling MPL for humans due to the results from the current trials (canine/MND) being poor/rejected by BP and the market. Could that be canine - unlikely given the positive results todate (extension and quality of life) even if PAA failed to meet its current trial criteria, MND - possible but the chances of poor tolerance and major AE are decreasing daily. If the MND results were negative then the trial would most likely be halted/varied with an immediate price sensitive announcement. No news at the moment spells good news in my mind. Good trial results even with a modicum of efficacy will be mind blowing and make BP sit up, take notice and possible get PAA on the blower.

The rise towards $1 outcome would be due to the initial licensing of MPL for canines and/or positive results from MND which ever comes first. If this is the case the endgame of commercializing MPL for cancer in humans would then be the cherry on top but thats certainly a long road to travel with many potholes/deadends along the way.

Happy to stay the journey knowing all along that the 1c outcome is a real possibility and in such a case the only value that PAA might have would be as a reverse takeover shell......sad but true.

Question:
MPL has been developed for canines, MND, covid and humans trials (at some time in the future!!!). Although I understand the tablet size/shape may differ for each trial is the tablet "formula" (for want of a better technical term) the same for all trials or are composition changes made for each trial?
