The past takes into account of lot of details, changing exchange rates, monthly variations, billing cycles, new accounts and growth in the sales force. So it's the best we've got, particularly if it aligns with MacQuarie's model.
Only other thing to do is take the $60m target and work backwards to set monthly targets that would achieve it.
Then we would have a better idea of when we would need to see the $6m figure announced.
Anyway the "Launch In India" is underway now the conference has finished. Maybe we'll get a news update on how it went?
