    It's not hard to comprehend.

    They were listed. Then a coup happened and they weren't.
    They found a new investment.
    They attempted to be relisted and it didn't work out. Now they are going to try again.

    I ask you my previous question again.
    Do you believe that until they get relisted they should do nothing?

    Surely that is not too hard to comprehend.
