Sorry but I would never buy a lithium based car. I have lithium batteries and they simply never fully recharge after a few years.
A Tesla is over $60,000. Then go add a charger and another few thousand then look at the massive car insurance which is more than a house.

State governments are going to soon tax per KM's of EV owners.

Lithium needs to be replaced and is a real fire risk. Ask any fire chief how they have to deal with car fires from ev's.

Sodium and graphene can't catch fire and never need to be replaced.
Sodium-ion that BYD EV's are going next year do not hold as much power as lithium however they are a third the price for the batteries making the cars far cheaper.

Tesla Model H comes out in 2024 and BYD is going sodium-ion in EV's in the second half of 2023.
FMG here in Australia is spending billions on hydrogen and signed up over 60 countries to his hydrogen plans.
He's also made his heavy duty large iron ore trucks into hydrogen fuel cells and also making trains with it along with his ships.

FMG has plans to get the cost of green hydrogen down to only $2/KG
Toyota hydrogen car uses a 5.6KG tank so going to be nice and cheap running it.
They already big in the USA of all places.

Its a fast moving space now.

Toyota hydrogen fuel cell car is $63,000 AUS.

The biggest issue with lithium ev's is the massive cost to replace the batteries which is the cost of a new car.
    Simply not viable.

Graphene-ion will be the big game changer and I am happy to wait for that. Graphene holds nearly 6 times more power than lithium, can't catch fire and never needs replacing and the best part of all can fast charge in a few minutes.

Graphene-ion will be in your mobile phones and notebooks next year as they'll be able to fast charge a mobile phone in 60 seconds and be able to last weeks before needing to be charged up again.

Graphene-ion for car batteries is still a few years away.
Tesla is also looking at graphene batteries for future EV's.

    All takes time.

I am not down ramping. Just stating facts. I am a happy owner of PLS and AKE shares.
Lithium will go well for the next 2 to 3 years before technology takes us to new ways of getting around.

    Each to their own madness.
