That judge is probably over in the loire valley.....how dare you disturb him...he's probably in the middle of some beautiful french burgendy with some provincial cheese and crackers. Come on man, give the judiciary a break. Cannot expect them to make more than one decision every couple of years. Clearly the base data has confused the hell out of the poor fellow. He is barely capable of reading the french labels on the plonk; cannot expect him to make some reasonable decision about a whole bunch of facts he has no idea about. LOL
