If there are enormous evidence, then I'm not seeing them.
If CUE wanted this thing to work they would have already signed the Heads of Agreement which calls for the potential development of an integrated LNG facility. Without actually knowing how much gas, if any at Artemis, every bit counts, including CUE's 15%. But clearly they are too concerned with its shareholders' interests to worry about the JV.

No i don't think the deal is off as CUE may eventually yield. However I don't like the way MEO was forced into a trading halt/suspension just to get the issues out to the public. It suggests that CUE was prepared to sit on the 'side agreements' for as long as they want.
