Phosphagenics licenses Targeted Penetration Matrix technology to Phusion Laboratories.

Phusion Laboratories, LLC has acquired a worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free license to Targeted Penetration Matrix technology(TM) (TPM technology) for use in a wide range of products, applications and active ingredients from Phosphagenics Limited, an Australia-based biotechnology company.

Phusion Laboratories is a 50:50 joint venture between Phosphagenics and Quigley Corporation.

TPM(TM) is a patient-friendly and cost effective system used to deliver proven pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. The ability of TPM(TM) delivery technology to increase the amount and depth of penetration of active molecules into the skin has been compellingly demonstrated in human clinical trials. It is equally effective in delivering OTC molecules orally, topically and via inhalation.
