Let's entertain this hypothesis.....
put urself in the buyers shoes....they want a bargain....simple t/O=price premium...hmmmm doesn't sit well....instead, drill, drain the kitty, they're only committed to 70% of the costs, so why fund 100%?? As our cash erodes, sp will trend lower in the absence of news and then pounce before solid news when shareholder sentiment is low....
thats what I would do.....with POO heading south, no news for a few months, what's the rush??
