This is a question so please be gentle
If a substantial shareholder needs 5% .... say 96m shares and David says any substantial shareholder needs to buy on market and the shares are held so tightly by existing shareholders then how do they do accumulate 5% for a reasonable price?? Say sub 50c ?
I am of the personal belief the value of the approval is not reflected in the current current price.
