Not sure what you mean, “the stage is set”, yes the business is able to continue but at a huge cost to the SHs who’ve seen the value of their holdings deminish considerably thanks to the lifesaving necessity of the CR. So now we’re waiting for some results from the trials but that does not mean a “deal” of some sort is a certainty. Biotron has inferred this outcome for years with not the slightest interest from anyone.
