What baffles me is the need for more cash. The 31/12/2009 interim accounts showed a net operating cash flow of $56m for the period and NTA backing of $1.60 per share. Included in assets at 31/12/09 was cash of $43m.
Very strange. If there's a corporate transaction in the wind, shouldn't we have been told?
