Hi, I would have to agree with the Country Writer here... I don't really want to get involved but it Winston2's tone seems a little aggressive. Where is your argument Winston2? Everyone is entitled to an opinion but certainly on a financial topic such as this one should explain that opinion.

I am sure many other viewers on hot copper would like to hear your side of this debate if there is one. This is a industry where knowledge is power and ignorance is rather painful. Any form of media can cause large ripples and this is indeed a form of media. So it is irresponsible for you to give such an opinion about property and mining without an explanation. I would be a little worried if anyone took your opinion as fact without any facts provided by yourself. So please share your information.

So how is investing in FML higher risk than investing in property? I'm sure you have heard the stories about unfortunate 'mums and dads' living on the streets in Los Vegas USA. Even those who only had ONE house to pay off lost it, let alone those who had several.

And we would also love to hear your risk analysis on FML. All should do their own research but the company is making money and moving forward. As Country Writer mentioned, a house can burn just as easily as a mine can collapse, however... perhaps houses are not built like they were thirty years ago.

So please don't hold back. If you have any information on the contrary, tell us! You could do some good by doing so.
