AUSDRILL is tipped to announce it has raised more than $100 million via a discounted placement and entitlement offer.
The Perth-based mining services company went into trading halt on Monday pending an announcement about a potential fundraising before being suspended Wednesday.
City Beat hears Ausdrill could emerge any time with news it has raised $103.7m at $2 a pop.
The raising is thought to have been well supported and is likely to have been oversubscribed.
Ausdrill last traded at $2.27.
