GM, LG and POSCO should be providing debt facilities to cover the CAPEX for Phase 1 and 2, page-27

While the board of QPM stuffed up their funding deal with GM, you can't tell me that you seriously believe GM (and other partners for that matter) have not been privvy to all of the goings on over the past few months?

The way you skew it, GM simply threw in their cash then walked off, waiting for a knock on the door when things are ready to roll.

You talk about holders being biased and emotional, yet you paint a picture that a successful company like GM dropped $100 million into QPM and said "don't worry about keeping us updated or in the loop".

GM would have been WELL aware of the costings, planning and roadmap to move this forward. To think or state otherwise is simply disingenuous IMO.
