    I think if this gets off the ground, those that are currently invested will have no value.

    GM and the other 2 amigo's now hold all the cards and all the power. They know that all the offtake is sold. So no other partner can influence the deal. Watch it play out, in my opinion it won't be pretty for long term holders.... good luck.
