While we share ownership of some Aussie coal stocks and will likely both enjoy a financial benefit...
I find it difficult to celebrate when what is actually happening is that millions of people, who through no fault of their own, are likely to either be cold this winter or to have to spend a much larger than normal amount of the family income on energy. It goes without saying that next year likely being worse for them is also not in the diary for a party.

Having grown up in the Northern Hemisphere, and being personally aware of what it feels like when it is -30 outside I find the lack of awareness/care to others mind boggling.
