PH has been saying for years now that Off-takers are lining up.
Because nothing has come of it, his words now carry no weight with the market at all.
First mention of offtake discussion SP goes north big time then settles, next mention bit of a rise occurs, third fourth fifth time.... market calls BS and all SH suffer.
It's like the little boy who cried wolf....
