It's not until one starts researching a subject such as property or equities investing that one realises what sheeple the mainstream public really are ;)
The removal of negative gearing was tried I believe many years ago & it caused absolute mayhem in terms of 'public' housing supply. Truth is the government needs the massive supply of privately owned rental properties to compensate for the low level of actual public housing.
